Meet ILL Ruckus, the rapper who is sweeping the music industry. At a young age, ILL Ruckus’ family relocated to Maryland from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where he was born as Christopher Michael Gaines. But he had always had a musical bent, even as a child. Rap songs were something he would remember and recite while they were playing, and soon he was coming up with his own rhymes and developing his own style.
As ILL Ruckus became older, he made the decision to further his love of music. He established ILL Ruckus Entertainment, his own record company, and started putting out his own music. On November 11, 2022, which also happens to be his birthday, he released his single, “Grind All My Life.” Talk about giving oneself a birthday present.
But ILL Ruckus has more music on the way, so that’s not all. His second single, “Lie to Me,” is slated for release in February or March of 2023. “Hustling on the Block” was released on January 6th, 2023. We eagerly anticipate learning what he has in store for us.
